Condominium Mediation

Condominiums and community associations provide a wide array of living arrangements that meet the needs of many families and individuals.  The proximity of neighbors and shared common areas can also lead to conflict.  Mediation is uniquely positioned to help resolve these conflicts.

Ms. Tanz has legal expertise in establishing condominium communities and mediation skills in working with emotional disputants.  She understands the legal aspects of condominium living and can work with residents to help them turn hardened positions into creative solutions.  She is experienced in working directly with parties, with or without the presence of attorneys, at the mediation session.

  • Mediation gives parties to a condominium dispute a forum to voice their concerns and helps them hear the concerns of the other side.
  • Mediation is confidential and can keep private disputes out of public records.
  • Mediation can be convened quickly to address problems before they escalate.
  • Mediation looks for solutions that allow both sides to accomplish their goals.
